序言
哥伦比亚特区上诉法院在行使其对法律专业人士的固有权力时，特此制定, 作为法院的官方机构, 由哥伦比亚特区澳门赌场官网协会成员组成的协会，被称为哥伦比亚特区澳门赌场官网协会, 并根据其管理澳门赌场官网资格的法定权力，为澳门赌场官网协会及其个人成员颁布以下规则:
第一节. 协会的成立
所有获准在哥伦比亚特区执业的澳门赌场官网特此组成一个协会，被称为“哥伦比亚特区澳门赌场官网协会”，并遵守下文所述规则的规定.
本规则中使用的“澳门赌场官网”一词系指哥伦比亚特区澳门赌场官网.
本规则中使用的“法院”一词，除非上下文另有要求，否则系指哥伦比亚特区上诉法院.
本规则中所使用的“澳门赌场官网协会秘书”和“理事会”一词是指经选举产生的澳门赌场官网协会官员.
“章程”指的是澳门赌场官网公会的章程.
澳门赌场官网公会, 为实现其组织宗旨的目的, 苏和被起诉, 签订合同, 收购, 持有, 不动产和个人财产的负担和处置.
第二节. 目的
The purposes of the 酒吧 shall be to aid the Court in carrying on and improving the administration of justice; to foster and maintain on the part of those engaged in the practice of law high ideals of integrity, 学习, 公共服务能力, and high standards of conduct; to safeguard the proper professional interest of the members of the 酒吧; to encourage the formation and activities of volunteer bar associations; to provide a forum for the discussion of subjects pertaining to the practice of law, 法学与法律改革, 以及澳门赌场官网事务所与公众的关系, and to publish information relating thereto; to carry on a continuing program of legal research and education in the technical fields of substantive law, 实践和程序, and make reports and recommendations thereon; to the end that the public responsibility of the legal profession may be more effectively discharged.
